In a world where no ten-year-old children rose up to defeat the teams that threatened to take over their region, all six organizations worldwide were able to do just that: take over their respective regions. Unsatisfied with control over just their home, however, each set their sights on the mainland – Kanto, Johto, and the surrounding areas – only to find that they weren't the only ones with that same idea.
With six groups who can't get along in one area, who knows what kind of zany nonsense will propel one group to victory above all others? It's up to you, the members, to decide! Help us decide who's the best of the best when it comes to Pokemon teams, and have fun at your stay at Heavy Crowns!

It was always like this. Always the boring applications and complaints. It wasn't their fault, but in his mind it might as well be. He hated the boring parts of being an admin. He would rather be out in front of those with intelligent minds debating about important things or out on an important mission in the middle of an adrenaline rush. He had only been an admin for a short time and nothing was getting close to his own ambitions. Patience. That's the key Ell. Patience and knowledge. The more he knew and the more he became a trusted member, the easier it would be to twist their minds and get what he wanted. He had not spent three years to get to this place for nothing. If only the paperwork was out of the question. He could get a lower elite to do the paperwork, but not stuff like applications or requests from Elite members themselves. He didn't want the lower members to ruin his perfectly put together work, files, or cost him precious time by causing him to fix all their petty mistakes. Thats how obsessive he was.
But he decided that he needed a break and so pushed his chair away from his desk and moved toward the door of his room. Leaving his apartment he walked down the hall with a calm expression on his face. You know it will be even worse if you become leader. He glanced down a side hall as he considered the question that had popped into his head. Yes, thats part of the reason why I'm not going for the leadership position unless absolutely necessary.
While there were those Rocket members that passed him by with respect, there were also those who would make a huge obvious arc around him to avoid having to confront him. Especially some of the grunts and officers who didn't know him as well and only knew the cold cruel expression that he would often slip into his eyes. It was slightly amusing to him to find how many people were afraid of him. That wasn't his initial intention, nor was it entirely what he wanted, but Elliot didn't know much about social behavior. All of that was shoved out of him at a very early age in life.
Well, that was a random thought. He frowned at himself. He wasn't used to random thoughts. Though it wasn't uncommon for him to think about relevant things or ask himself questions he had already answered, just to make sure the answer he had come up with was the one he wanted to go with. Now he was heading down a new hall, close to his destination. When he finally arrived at her door, Ell knocked. He glanced down at the small box that he had brought with him. It contained a very expensive blush pink scarf that had a solid colored image of a Sylveon patterned on the ends. The rest of the trimming was gold thread that splayed across the rest of the scarf.
Unlike most of Elise's admins, she had absolutely no paperwork or anything to do today. So, sitting in her office she spun around in her chair on wheels, throwing herself around her office. Hung up on the walls, were pictures of herself modeling with her cute Pokemon. All three were in her office right now, her cute little Dedenne and Flaffy were both sleeping soundly cuddled next to each other in a plush pink bed. While her Sylveon was watching her spin around in her chair, in hopes to be invited to join her in the fun ride. But did not dare join in without permission.
The walls of the office were painted a soft grey with two pink stripes along the top and the bottom, and on the wall opposite of the one covered in pictures was a large paining of a Sylveon. Elise had painted it herself, and is very proud of it, as it was a fairly well painted painting. While all of her other objects, chairs, couches, computers, desk, ect. Were all decorated grey and pink. It was a room that all matched perfect, and displayed Elise's personality perfectly.
Hearing the knock on her door. Elise stopped her chair, making her and her Sylveon both pout a little bit, but got up anyway and headed for the door. Of course she did not answer without stopping to look at her mirrior to check how she looked. Elise was surprisingly not wearing pink, but actually was wearing a short black skirt and a black shirt, with a big red R on her shoulder rather than her chest, it also was just a nicer shirt in general, complete with gloves, knee-high boots, and red ribbons in her hair. She looked rather nice. Adjusting her short skirt to make it a little shorter, and she walked to the door, and opened it.
And was instantly glad that she had pulled up her skirt. Before her stood Elliot, one of her cuter admins. Her red lip-stick stained lips formed a smile. That quickly turned into a grin and she jumped up and wrapped her arms around the admin. "Hello there Elli~" She almost sung, before pulling back, and seeing he had a present. "Ohhh~ Is that for meeee?" She asked, once again almost singing.
Stepping back, she swung her arm into the room, inviting him inside. "Come on in and take a seat~"

Normally Elliot would have been furious and off balance if someone had gotten this close to him, let alone hug him. Ell didn't like to touch all that much. But for her, it was necessary. It was a necessary part of his plan and, in fact, he expected it to happen. Over the years he had learned about what kind of people the Vanish family were. He was not a stranger to her or her kind. Even though he was NOT the flirtation or dating type, he was willing to sacrifice a little bit of his own dignity for the good of Team Rocket's future. If that meant he had to kiss up to Elise for a period of time, then so be it. When she jumped onto him and wrapped her arms around him, he in turn embraced her in a calm and gentle hug. A small but kind smile played on his lips before he pecked a small kiss onto her forehead. "M'lady," He said softly in her ear before she pulled away and saw the gift he held in his fingers.
When she asked about it Elliot chuckled. "Yes Princess, this is for you. I saw this yesterday while I was out and I thought about you." With that he lifted the box from his side and handed it to her. Before she opened it he stepped inside the room like she asked him to and walked to the middle of the room. Glancing around quickly, he noticed the little pokemon that she kept around her. Each one of them was important to Elise. So Elliot had come to the conclusion that, if he wanted the leader's trust, then he would have to gain the trust of her pokemon too. So he slipped his fingers into his back pocket and pulled out a small bag of treats. He knew that most pokemon liked different types of food, so he had gotten different types of treats for each of Elise's pets. But he kept them in a single bag that was cut into three sections.
Elliot pulled out three different treats for the three different Pokemon around the room, then he looked each of them in the eye as he began to drop himself to the ground. Seeing as in he didn't know Elise personally well enough yet, he wasn't going to act all buddy buddy with her pokemon, but starting to would be a big help for the future. It was a shame that Nebula couldn't be here, she wasn't quite small enough to walk around the base without causing a ruckus and Elliot was tired of cleaning up after her. So for the three little Pokemon he set the treats down on the floor near each of their respective owners and then stood up slowly and walked over to the chair that sat on the other side of Elise's desk.
"I trust you are well today M'lady?" He asked calmly.
Getting the forehead kiss honestly was a little unexpected for Elise and her face flushed brightly, but she smiled. The feeling of his lips on her forehead made her really happy and feel pretty good about herself. Taking the box, she followed him inside, watching him feed her pokemon, and it made her smile. What a sweetheart too! The Dedenne and Flaffy happily accepted the food, but the Sylveon was more cautious, accepting the food but kept a suspicious eye on him.
Elise sat at her desk, and opened it up and gasped happily. "I love it Elliot!~ It's so pretty." She giggled softly. "I have the perfect outfit for it too~" She smiled, not throwing it on because well, it didn't match her uniform. Folding it back up carefully, she put it in the box, and set it down on the ground. Then looked back up at Elliot.
Elise hadn't gotten to know Elliot really well, but she did think he was awfully cute. And well, he was good at the whole working part of this gig. Elise had faith that he would help her get to her goal of being princess of the world! Which, she guessed he agreed with since he called her princess earlier. "Thank you so very much for the gift!" She stated with a big smile.
She looked him over again and then, trying to be cute, wiggled back and fourth in her chair. "So was there something you wanted?" She smiled, and her pink Pokemon jumped onto her lap, defensively. Giving Elliot a judgmental look. She obviously was not fond of the guy, but Elise was completely oblivious. As, she was getting a major crush on this admin already! Who couldn't love someone so sweet?

There was no surprise that the Sylveon was suspicious of him and didn't like him. And he didn't react to the way that the pink pokemon was staring at him. In fact, Elliot was slightly surprised that the other two were so accepting so easily. Though that wasn't what mattered. The closer he could get to the pokemon, the harder it would be for them to fight him because of the personal relations... right? Anyway. He knew he probably wouldn't be able to win over all three, but he at least hoped that he could win over iris's respect, even if he couldn't grow a real relationship with her.
When she opened the gift and reacted with excitement he knew that his ideas of her were correct and that he knew how to get through to her. She wasn't too hard. He grinned inwardly at the knowledge and information about the leader that flooded into his mind and thoughts. His oldest sister was very much like this silly girl. Rich and spoiled, having the ability to get whatever she wanted. Sure, he had left her in charge of the family line after father... passed away, but she still supported him in finances and in other more important ways. This was merely because he passed on his so called heritage to her like she had originally wanted.
"I'm glad you like it M'lady." He said with a calm dip of his head. Elliot's voice was always very calm, collected, and soothing, which was why he was such a good politician, but now he decided to add just a drip of emotion into his tone. This was not something he did often. It was not only difficult for him to pull off correctly, but it wasn't in his nature. However, he had practiced this technique for as long as he could remember and was not disappointed by the results.
"So was there something you wanted?"
Now that was the real question wasn't it. Why would an admin come to see the leader herself? Well he could tell her he was here to see her. But that would be a bit strange as he was still a newer admin. He could say that he just came to drop the gift off, or that he had been really bored looking through applications and had nothing better to do, but still he felt that wouldn't be right. He knew this question would come, so he had prepared an answer before hand. Though now he wasn't so sure if it was the correct one. Maybe this wouldn't be as easy as he thought.
A small smile drifted over his lips in response. "Well, I hadn't meant to stay much longer then giving the scarf that I found to you, but honestly my dear, you look just as bored as I feel. So I was just wondering if you wanted to go out for something to eat."
