In a world where no ten-year-old children rose up to defeat the teams that threatened to take over their region, all six organizations worldwide were able to do just that: take over their respective regions. Unsatisfied with control over just their home, however, each set their sights on the mainland – Kanto, Johto, and the surrounding areas – only to find that they weren't the only ones with that same idea.
With six groups who can't get along in one area, who knows what kind of zany nonsense will propel one group to victory above all others? It's up to you, the members, to decide! Help us decide who's the best of the best when it comes to Pokemon teams, and have fun at your stay at Heavy Crowns!

There must have been something he missed that Arrakis had not. He wasn’t really sure why the Starmie hadn’t told him sooner, but it seemed adamant about returning to the waterfalls between Kanto and Johto. It waited until it was out of its pokéball and they were totally alone before it began communicating the desire. Neptune was skeptical at first, but he decided to humor the creature. Arrakis had been his companion since childhood, and it never steered him toward anything that wasn’t worth it in the end.
Neptune learned many years ago not to give his hopes up in terms of what to expect, but he was eager to see whatever Arrakis was making such a fuss about. He left as soon as night fell, planning to try and hurry back to Pewter before anyone even knew he was gone as soon as they reached Tohjo Falls. There weren’t many available shortcuts, but the journey went a lot quicker when he wasn’t meandering or stopping for ice cream with members of opposing teams.
“Are you sure you know where you’re going?” He called out to the Starmie, hopping over a few rocks when they reached the falls. The area was damp and almost chilly, but he was no stranger to wet areas. The water didn’t phase him at all. Arrakis flashed in return as it started leading him off the path usually taken by trainers from one fall to the other. “Of course I trust you! You just haven’t told me what we’re looking for here yet. I—“ It flashed once more, this time accompanied by the semblance of a huff. “No, I believe you. I just thought it’d be helpful if I knew what we were…”
The black-haired male trailed off when Arrakis finally lead him through one of the falls. It was not a place where he expected to find anything. No one had ever told him that there was a hidden cave under the falls, and now he was standing in it. “What we were… looking… for.” His words drifted as he peered around the area only dimly lit by the light of his pokémon. Neptune took a few minutes to examine the area for any sort of life or other presence, but it was empty—save for a radio. He stepped closer and bent down to the radio. “Arrakis, this is amazing. Is this radio what led you here?”
A moment of silence passed, but the Starmie finally let out a sound again. Its back spun almost nervously, and Neptune frowned. “Don’t be mad? Why would I be mad at you? This is—“
He dropped his sentence as soon as he heard the sound of someone else approaching. He didn’t believe that his own pokémon would lead him into a trap, but a short moment of doubt had him quietly frozen in place until he could see who was coming.
Rune rolled her eyes as her small moon-like pokemon lead her in the night to show her the cool new place that they had heard about. Rolver was almost dancing with excitement as he lead her, and Rune couldn't help but feel charmed by the little fellow. Though, she wasn't sure if she felt comfortable as they hopped from place to place and the water was falling on her. She was wearing a rather nice outfit, because Rolver said she should.
So, she threw on her favorite dress and felt rather cute. Also, being led into the small cave. Rolver guided her, just with a small light. And slowly, the pokemon randomly seemed very nervous and Rune looked at him, feeling nervous too. "What is it? Why.." She asked, confused. Well, until she fianlly saw what her companion brought her there for,
All the sudden Rune was Uranus once again, a name that she always felt more comfortable going by, but Flare didn't enjoy it as much as this one did. But the one who mirrored her name, her old partner, Neptune was with her. And she was back with the most comfortable name she could go by.
Uranus' first reaction was to look around them, making sure they hadn't been followed. Then she looked back at Neptune awkwardly. Unsure on what to say. She looked at Rolver giving him a soft glare, who only replied by shying away and a soft apology. Then she looked at Arrakis, sure that it was both of them.
"Ah, it seems we have been tricked doesn't it Neptune?"
His heart nearly stopped when a figure came into view. It wasn’t a human's at first. No, the first thing that came into view was a Lunatone. And not just any Lunatone, he knew this pokémon. Normally it was hard to tell pokémon apart when they were all nearly identical within their own species, but there was a familiarity he felt in tune with. There was a familiarity being unconsciously communicated through Arrakis now that they were near each other. This meant only one thing.
Neptune remained still when Uranus followed after the pokémon. He had thought about this moment, their reunion, for some time. They hadn’t really seen each other since she left Galactic, and they certainly hadn’t spoken. There was a lot of unstable ground and so many unasked questions. He knew what he wanted to say to her and what he wanted to ask her, but he was hesitating. Now that he finally had a chance, the words wouldn’t come.
After a short pause, he finally reacted with just a casual shrug. “Yes, it seems so,” he offered, a wry smile on his face despite an awkward feeling hanging in the air. Anything he wanted to say after that would have to wait until he felt a bit more secure, not just for himself, but the both of them. Their pokémon had seemingly brought them together, but he peered into the dimly lit space behind Uranus. He had no guarantee that she hadn’t been followed.
“Are you alone, Uranus? …If that’s even what I should call you now.” It wasn’t accusatory, of course. He had no intention of driving her away when it was so unlikely they would have another chance to speak like this if he did. He decided to tack on a compliment just to reassure her. “I like your dress.” Simple, but true. He almost regretted not dressing up more himself, but Arrakis had failed to suggest such on its end. It was an afterthought that couldn’t be helped, but at least he wasn’t out and about in his pajamas?
Uranus smiled softly at him, honestly she was mad at her Rolver. He should of told her. She would of written a list or something of things to say. Now she was standing here dumbly with him. Of course, he felt awkward too to that helped things a little. Moving a bit closer in the dim light so that she could see him better, she was a bit thrown off by both of the questions. "I don't believe so." She replied, feeling better being called Uranus a name she much preferred.
"And I enjoy the name Uranus if you believe I'm still worthy of it." She mentioned, not sure if he was meaning to be rude. But, honestly she knew him well enough that she was pretty sure he wasn't trying to be. He was just.. being him. Complementing her dress she smiled softly, and twirled a little. "Thanks, I like it too." She commented. "Rolver told me to look nice." She added, to make sure that he didn't think she set this up. "You look nice too."
"So how are things?" She asked, nervously after another awkward silence. She wasn't sure what to say. Did she tell him that she missed him? Did he think she betrayed him? Did he hate her? HE didn't seem to mad about seeing her. Still, her nerves were getting the better of her. Seeing her partner she was wanting to just.. apologize. But would her Pride let her do such a thing?
She wasn't sure yet. Maybe if he seemed like he wanted one.
But right now, the important thing was to keep him from wanting to leave. Uranus just wanted him to stay a little longer at least. Oh man she hadn't realized how bad she had missed him.
At least one of their pokémon was kind enough to pass along the memo. Neptune let out a short laugh, mentally sighing that Arrakis hadn’t done the same. They had been together for twenty years and he couldn’t trust his own Starmie to give him a heads up. Perhaps it would’ve warned him if he actually had tried to leave in something less nice than what he was currently wearing, but he didn’t ask. Instead, he mocked a flattered bow. “Uranus, then. Thank you.” He couldn’t think of a time where she had ever been unworthy of the name.
“Things are as well as they can be, all things considered. They don’t really have me doing much these days, and I suppose that’s for the best.” Another indifferent shrug towards his unfortunate situation. It had been something he had caused and he had taken the responsibility for it. However, back then he ignored the fact that it didn’t affect only himself. Uranus had been his partner and the person he came to trust most within Galactic. He was demoted and eventually she left the team.
While Uranus’s pride might stop her from apologizing to him, Neptune had no such pride of which to speak. He had very little shame, but this was a case where he felt an apology was needed. He had no true answer for why she had left back then. He wanted to ask, but he could never stop thinking that his actions had been a catalyst for what had happened. Perhaps if he had stayed with her and only did as told, the two of them would still be working together as the impressive Galactic Admins they were meant to be.
It was wishful thinking that he couldn’t help, but there was nothing he could change. Not now. “I think a few of the current Admins still don’t like me, but I never did apologize to them to be fair. There was only one person I ever felt I should apologize to.” He hesitated for only a moment, wondering if he was wording it as well as he should’ve been. Rather than look away and be avoid anymore eye contact through the dim lighting, he instead kept his eyes on hers. “You know, I’ve wanted to say sorry to you for what happened back then. I didn’t think that…”
That he would fail. That she would leave him. He didn’t think a lot of things before he jumped into it. “I didn’t think it would turn out the way it did.” That was an easier way of putting it. “Has your new team been treating you well, at least?"
