History
Being the last born child of three children (the first two elder daughters) to a wealthy family of Ashen Carmicheal, he automatically became the heir of the family being male. But his father's hope was scattered as the boy became the age of three. The boy was just too kind for his own good. He never cried. Never whined. And he was always smiling. This went on even up to the age of five years old. That was when Ash became desperate. As the head of the whole of Carmicheal family and the Carmicheal inheritance, Ash needed an heir, and he preferred the heir to be male. He was really pleased when his son was born even if he was the third child, but was disappointed to find that he wasn't what he was looking for as a family head.
So on his fifth birthday, Ash went to find an instructor to teach Elliot the necessities of becoming family head. He found a mysterious man that went by the name of Kaun. Kaun was a private tutor for wealthy families. He would teach anything the parents wanted taught. So Ash invited him to his house to take a look at little Elliot.
Kaun was unimpressed with Elliot's personality and agreed that he would be needed to help change the boy's attitude. He agreed to the invitation under the condition that Elliot be trained and kept separate from the rest of his family. He stated that it would be easier for the boy to concentrate on his studies without the distractions. Ash hesitantly agreed against the will and protests of his wife.
He separated out the entire east wing of his estate for his son and instructor. Special maids and butlers were stationed in this area to care for Elliot's needs. As required, Elliot would be taught respect, confidence, pride, several high languages, how to read and write, math, history, horseback riding, speech lessons, and pokemon training sessions. Anything that Kaun might think he would need would also be added to the list.
So the two agreed. On his 10th birthday, Elliot would be introduced back into the family to see how he would react to then. And this was the day Elliot became lonely. He had been fond of his sister Marie when she hadn't been by herself. But now it was only him, his Absol pokemon "Nebula" (Whom his father bought as a hatchling specifically for Elliot), and the servants, of whom he began to cherish greatly. The first two years were very much what had been agreed on with Ash being the only other human to visit Elliot every other week to see how his training was coming along. But nothing seemed to have changed about the boy except that he had developed a great sadness. He was excited to share with his father all the things he had learned, but nothing about his personality seemed to be changing the boy so he began to doubt Kaun's abilities.
Ash then decided to take his training to the next level. To pound the aspect of Royalty into his every thought. With an interesting smile Kaun agreed. So a new level of training was started for the boy. Exercises of importance. At least that was what Ash thought was going on. Kaun had promised excellence by the boy's 10th birthday, and that was what he was going to achieve. Kaun began to use other means of training. Experiments and exercises that strained Elliot's Emotions, Mental Capacity, Body, and Behavior.
As time went on, Elliot did begin to change. He started to shift between two completely different selves. One with a quiet voice and skittish, fearful tendencies. The other with out shown emotions, feeling of pain, or concept of fear. He would drift between the two personalities at random. But nearer to his 10th Birthday, the fearful quiet personality slipped away and would appear less often. The emotionless one became the default, and to Kaun's delight he was exactly as Ash wanted.
Ash didn't know the true details of how his son became so brilliant by the age of 10 or how he had completely changed in personality. He didn't really care either. His only care was that the boy was how he wanted. An heir he could control.

As Elliot grew older, he became even less social with his family and more intent on his physical, mental, and battle training. Nothing seemed to make him happy except for his sister Ellie, who was the middle sister. He felt like nothing within his own family was good enough for him and moved to become even greater. He went through more schooling and excelled in diplomatic classes, hand-to-hand combat, and Pokemon Battling, passing all of his peers. But it was still not enough for him. He finished his classes at 18 years old and craved for something more.
An opportunity showed up in the form of a flyer. A Team Rocket calling for new recruits. He quickly took up the offer, behind the back of his father. He left the Carmicheal family in the hands of his eldest sister and moved into the ranks of the Team that called themselves Rocket. He had learned of the other teams. But Team Rocket was more to his liking and on the winning side. It didn't take he and Nebula long to achieve the Admin goal.
