History
Riley was born in Kanto and from a young age realized that the world wasn't really a fair place. Getting bullied for being smaller and weaker than others in his grade he turned to the only thing he could to make sure that it didn't continue happening. Pokemon. Though getting a Pokemon wasn't really the easiest thing in the world for a boy of his size, especially when he couldn't hardly afford a Pokeball. So what does one do when they want a Pokemon but can't afford it? Turn to gang activities. Joining Team Rocket was probably one of the best decisions he ever made, at least in his opinion. After all it stopped the bullying, for the most part, and gave him three pokemon to love and love him in turn. What could possibly be better?
