They were the Leader’s top dogs, some of the few people who could be trusted with anything Team Flare-related. Somehow. However, it wasn’t just Valda who had to be able to rely on them. The Admins also had to be able to rely on one another if their team was to be truly successful. With that mentality, it had been decided at some point that the Admins would gather for regular meetings amongst themselves to build good working relationships and discuss progress. Communication was the key to success! Only… at some point these meetings starting occasionally becoming less relevant toward business. The meetings would always be a fantastic opportunity for the Admins to bring each other up to date, but a few members of the five decided that it wouldn’t be so bad to bring a more social aspect to the meetings. This meant going out together to see fashion shows, having an in-door makeover movie night together, or even having a game night. Though he had not been an Admin for as long as some of the others had, Odo always excitedly looked forward to their game nights the most. He had arrived at the meeting room in Ecruteak a whole thirty minutes before the time they had decided upon with his thin arms full of board games. He wasn’t entirely sure what everyone desired to play, so he brought everything from Monopoly to Clue— as many as he could carry by himself anyway. He had allowed his usual Elite assistant to take the day off, and he hadn’t felt like bothering anyone else for help. After setting all of the games on the large table, he then took it upon himself to prepare some snacks. He figured that at least one of the others would bring something for everyone, but he still popped a few bags of popcorn and also prepared some toast with jam. Odo was many things, but he had never been a chef. Perhaps he would give it a try a few years down the road, but for now he was content with unimpressive offerings. And then he waited. The other Admins were bound to show up at any time. |
