FRIENDS. With Gentry, 'friend' would probably be at its loosest definition. He is a hard man to talk to and get along with even in his own team, after all. All business, if you're lower rank you better have a good reason to talk to him, and if you're higher he'll follow your every command. He's not very fun to talk to, either, since he rarely jokes around (and honestly, when someone else does, they sort of go over his head anyway). However, if you follow the rules and don't give him any sass, he might get along with you. He also has a very strong love of feminine things, like lace and romance novels and generally cute things. If he finds someone to talk about these things with and them not judge him for it, he would probably enjoy talking to them.

I have this sort of vague idea that since he's been in Magma for, like, sixteen years and has been an Officer for so long, he might have a reputation- especially among the younger recruits. He's a hard task master, and someone who served under him (even if they're an Officer or a higher rank) would certainly remember him. He would probably ask around about former 'pupils' of his and try to keep up with them. This could easily fall into the 'Enemies' tag, though, if they still hold some sort of grudge against him or something.

ENEMIES. These will probably come easy enough, but honestly Gentry isn't the 'hold a grudge' type, so on his end it would probably be annoyance at best. He dislikes people who act out of turn for their position, for starters, but just listening to him would be an easy enough way to fix this (for him at least). Since he's Magma, its understandable that he would have a great dislike of Aqua and anyone involved in that group. He also doesn't like pretty boys. That is, he doesn't like anyone who cares more about their looks than getting their hands dirty. Any one of these offences is enough to get you on his shit list, but all three would be like some kind of unholy hell for him.
