History
Felicita grew up in a family of renowned trainers living in the Sinnoh region; her father had served as a gym leader during his prime, and her mother had gained a massive reputation on the Battle Subway while living in Unova as a teenager on her first journey. The youngest of three children, her older sister and brother both as skilled at raising and battling Pokemon as their parents were, it should have been of no surprise to anyone that the white-haired girl had large shoes to fill. However, even from a young age, there was something a little different about her. While the oldest of the three – her sister – would never stop going on and on about how much she couldn't wait to become a trainer as a young child, and her brother would often fake battle with the retired Pokemon of their parents, she, herself, was not interested in pitting beast against beast. In fact, whenever her sister would come home to flaunt her badges, having her Pokemon battle each other for show for the two younger siblings and the couple of the household, Felicita would cry until the battle ended abruptly or she was moved some place far away. Even battles on the television would make her upset, and whenever her brother would speak of his eagerness to be a trainer, her only reply was, “How can you make your friends do that to each other?”
Fel has never been the smartest girl in the world; many will tell you that she's one of the least intelligent woman, in fact, that people have had the pleasure of meeting with. She simply cannot see beyond face value; and to watch a Pikachu be pit against a Squirtle where they are forced to fight one another until one collapses from exhaustion and the other stands victories... it was ludicrous! When she hit the age that most trainers leave to go off on their journeys, she, instead, stayed behind at home where she begin assisting the family bakery. (Ya' gotta do something when you're at that age when going on a Pokemon journey is the sign of a mid-life crisis; why not start a bakery for your children to work at?) Instead of “enslaving” and forcing Pocket Monsters to fight in the harsh, outside world, she instead made friends with the Machoke who would lift the heavy trays, the fire-types who would heat their confectioneries, and the grass and flying type Pokemon that made their home just outside their window.
Come time that she became a legal adult and moved out from her parents home, the red-eyed woman was still fixated on the idea that trainers were morally evil. Contests were no better – Pokemon still fought, only while wearing silly costumes. Breeders? What was the point of breeding “superior Pokemon” when all Pokemon were equal? Having loved stories of Unova told to her by her mother, she hitched a ride on the first boat over that she could. By that point in time, Team Plasma had already had their claws into Unova for years, working toward public support as much as they worked toward Pokemon liberation. Oblivious to their sometimes less-than-thrilling methods, the baker was ecstatic to have found not one, not two, but hundreds, maybe even thousands of people who shared her ideals and wanted to spread them around the world. She quickly hoped onto the bandwagon, wearing the Plasma insignia proud for all to see... much to the displeasure of her family, who would refuse to speak with her for quite some time.
By the time her beloved team was shipping out to Kanto and Johto in order to get a good leverage in world takeover, Fel's enthusiasm and hard work had already propelled her to a well-liked officer. Upon landing on the mainland, she was granted yet another promotion, and now enjoys the status of an elite. She'd do anything for her team, really – unless it involves the hurting of another being, whether it be physical or emotional – and thinks of the other teams as “bullies” for getting in Plasma's way to achieve their “more selfish” goals.
