History
Long before Ryuuki was born or even before his parents got together his father was on the run. You see, he was a coward who only joined Team Galactic in order to escape a bunch of loan sharks that he had to pay. So when Team Galactic stopped being safe in his head he ran off once more eventually running into a young woman who would be his future wife.
Despite being a coward Ryuuki's father was very charismatic and had wooed many a woman into his bed. However for the first time a woman captivated him, causing the man to fall in love with her. Before he knew it he had a house in Johto and a son on the way. However his brief few years of peace ended when the loan sharks found him once more. What was worse was that Team Galactic had moved into the mainlands staking claim to the very city he decided to settle in!
Because of this he was stuck between a rock and a hard place and for once he decided to do the bravest thing he had ever done in his life and protect his wife and future offspring. He went to the lesser of two evils (in his mind) and pleaded for Team Galactic to protect his wife and son. They agreed however wanted a payment in the form of a future member for their organization... Ryuuki.
They let the parents raise Ryuuki up until he was eight where they then took him away from the distraught couple and forced him into training. Over the years with Team Galactic if he wasn't training his pokemon or looking for dragon pokemon, then he was reading up as much he could about space as it fascinated him greatly. Years went by and the boy grew into a man, rising up the ranks from Grunt, to Officer, to Elite, and finally to Admin. Now after years of training he's ready to initiate his team's plans. As well as a few of his own...
