History
Tabby was born in a rather wealthy family, her father and her mother took really good care of her and gave her lots of attention. Being their only daughter, she was a princess to them. Got all the fancy clothes she wanted, and was completely spoiled. Tabby was also always a big fan of cat pokemon, at first she was just asking for stuffed animals but eventually she was asking for the real thing.
Though, her first Pokemon wasn't a cat-pokemon, but a fox Pokemon. She fell in love with the little Fennekin, and quickly after she got him she named him Floopsie. She spent all her time with him and his love for her was great. So, in order to be more like him, she got mechanical ears and a tail that all move around like a real one. Now she never takes them off, and you could swear they were real.
Along with getting the ears Tabby decided to change her name to Katrinia, or just go by Kat. She had quite a few cat pokemon at this time, so it wasn't much of a surprise that she started going by Kat.
Kat then found team Plasma, and she learned about how they wanted to stop Pokemon battling. Never having to have her cuties hurt again? It was right up her ally, so she quickly had her parents donate a lot of money and she joined in. Due to the amount of money given, she quickly went up the ranks. (Also due to the fact she's one of the few willing to battle).
