{ADMIN} Kian Shinra [F]

History

Kian was a criminal by birth. Because of the nature of his family, he was practically born into a criminal organization. Unfortunately for him, it was the wrong one. Both of his parents were elites for Team Rocket. He, along with his older brother were being molded and primed to be the same. The three of them were cold-hearted idiotic brutes in his eyes. Kian was a more open-minded, intellectual, and compassionate. Set in their ways, cruel, and uncompromising, his parents did everything in their power to shape him. Figuring that he was too weak-hearted to be anything but a grunt, they started changing their tactics in raising him. Beating him, working him to exhaustion, passing him off to other Rocket members like property, and really anything that would toughen him up and morph his mind into being a tool.

In a way, they were successful. Completely complacent in doing whatever he was told. In fact, he actually graduated to officer and elite before his older, more respected brother. However, he still had an intellectual perspective to him. At the time, most Team Rocket members viewed pokemon the same way they viewed their own members; there were weak ones who would never be anything more than weak, and there are strong ones who are rare and worth a lot more. Kian had this idea of "seed" pokemon; rare or common pokemon who, through tremendous effort and unorthodox methods could become strong pokemon-perhaps even stronger than what was classified as strong pokemon.

For the longest, his idea was rejected. Either it wasn't believed to be true or they felt that it was too much effort to put into if they were just trying to make cash. Kian argued that these pokemon are more flexible then they were originally thought to be, and through a tremendous amount redirected effort that he was willing to put forth, they could be evolved quickly passed their weak state. It took a while to be sponsored, but after getting his hands on a Porygon he named Telos, he was able to prove it to an admin.

The admin found the experiment worth sponsoring, and he was given a much more challenging pokemon to work with; a tynamo. No only that, this tynamo was easily frightened and meak. Using a less aggressive discipline similar to the kind from his childhood and devoting every waking moment to the pokemon, the experiment was a success. The tynamo quickly evolved into an eeletrik and was given a thunderstone immediately afterwards to become an eelektross. Not only that, his personality went through a drastic change; from its timid and scared state to a confidant and calm, but viscous personality. While Team Rocket and Kian were both pleased with the results, they were for different reasons. Kian was proud in his success and how much effort he had put into getting the results. Looking at the new and improved pokemon, he couldn't help but to relate to it.Team Rocket, as usual, saw this as a money making opportunity and wanted to take and sell Anomie and have Kian start all over, training up to 20 pokemon the same way! It was a ridiculous to think that one person could accomplish the task, let alone that sort of manufacturing could work. It was then that Kian realized something very valuable; like Anomie, he didn't have to submit to obsessive labor and hardship to go from being weak to being strong. He just needed the right environment, the right direction, and the right attitude. Clearly Team Rocket wasn't the place for him, so he decided to move on.

Later that night, he reclaimed Anomie and swiftly escaped the headquarters. With a change of name and a fresh start, he then joined team galactic as a grunt. Starting all over again wasn't as hard as he expected it to be; Kian quickly rose up the ranks and surpassed his spot as elite for admin within 2 years. Now that he has been promoted to admin, where he can continue his research under his terms.
