In a world where no ambitious youngster from the far reaches of the globe rose up to challenge the evils that threatened their home region, the organizations of the world – Rocket, Aqua, Magma, Galactic, Plasma, and Flare – have all taken over their respective lands. However, each teams plans have yet to be completed, even years after their initial take over. Aqua and Magma still fight one another for control over Hoenn, Galactic doesn't have a brand new universe to show for their efforts, Flare has not wiped Kalos' “unbeautiful” face off the planet, and so on. As the original leaders and admins pass away and control over the regions fall to successors with different plans, different methods to carry out said plans, every group with the prefix “team” realizes that they need something more than what they have if they ever want to complete the tasks their predecessors laid out before them.
What they need is control over the mainland.
Team Rocket has had their dirty little talons dug deep into the regions of Kanto and Johto, the seaside regions of Pokearth's largest landmass. The first step toward world domination begins there, and the other five organizations all know this achingly well. As new leaders send over their members, perhaps even arriving on the mainland shores to assist, themselves, each team must fight for control over all of Kanto and Johto. Whoever can control all twenty towns and cities will have total control and will be just one step closer toward their team's goals, and complete domination over Pokearth.
