FRIENDS. friends? those things are great. when your entire lively hood revolves around you not being caught by the wrong people, it's pretty helpful to have a whole network of people across the mainland. you can use them to get into all kinds of place, get various things, or even just a place to lay low for a few days. sure, liam can be snarky but he always has his tongue planted firmly in his cheek. he may not be very loyal to his friends, but he makes sure to have a lot of them. it doesn't matter to liam where you are from, who you are, or who you work for. he likes to know people in all different walks of life.

once you know him, it may be hard to get him out of your life. he shows up at random times, normally asking for something. he always pays his debts, but at the same time he always seems to need something. 

ENEMIES. yeah these happen, even for a guy that tries to avoid it. sometimes its because he asked for too much, or too often for help and they grew tired of him. maybe he stole something from them, who knows? Generally he just avoids people once they become his foe. He isn't looking for a fight, and attention is kinda  a bad thing when you are trying to smuggle a large sum of cocaine halfway across kanto. if it gets bad, then he takes more drastic measures to eliminate them. probably murder, i have no idea.
