LET YOUR TEETH SINK IN

With a man like Isaiah Novick, you're one of two things: relaxed or uneasy. He talks casually with anyone like he has no problem, but the way he threads his sentences together and chooses his words has a tendency to leave others wondering if that's what he really meant to say or if there's something deeper hidden below. Whether or not there is, it's not like he'll let you know anyway. After all, he doesn't even give out anything but his last name. If asked for his first name, he'll either say he doesn't have one or claim that you'll have to take him out to dinner first.

He's twenty-two and an admin for Team Galactic, which he joined at the age of seventeen. As such, he often encourages those below him to work hard for what they want because, from experience, Novick knows it's possible to achieve. He's pretty nice for an admin, but "nice" might not be the right word for it. Think more "casual"- he'll even talk to grunts casually, waving at them when he passes by them or simply greeting them whenever. He might not indulge in a full conversation with them, but he likes his presence to be known. If he were to here a complaint about how the higher-ranked members were doing things, he would only say "hmm" or even "thank you." That doesn't mean he's necessarily grateful for the opinion, but he does occasionally take them into mind. Other times, simply smiling is his way of dismissing the opinion. 

He doesn't really care about many things and, unfortunately, that includes most people or- well, rather, it isn't that he doesn't care about them per say, it's just that it's an empty way of caring where he has no real desire to reach out to them, despite doing so on the surface. He goes along with his work in Team Galactic because he has nothing else he likes to dedicate himself to and, finding himself bored with the world surrounding him and the people in it, it was initially easy for him to jump on board with Team Galactic's ideals.

Having such an apathetic outlook on life doesn't mean that he doesn't care about anyone or genuinely enjoy presences because that's not true- he does, but he's more of the type that lives for the moment. Novick will really become involved in a conversation with someone and, on the outside, they can seem like good friends, but upon going home, they're not usually someone who lasts on his mind for a long time.

At one point, he and his late father figure claimed that it was "them against the world." He keeps that expression, of course, but he now only applies it to his only Pokemon, Trigger. You know what they say - "two's company, three's a crowd" or something along those lines. That's how he phrases it in his mind, anyway.

Despite his mysterious habits, Novick is pretty easy to get along with so long as you're on his good side. He's humorous, flirtatious, and a bit fickle, but hey, so's everybody, he'd claim. The uncaring side of him easily applies to enemies more so than it does to those he casually spends time with- he doesn't really care if they get hurt, even if it's by his hands, because he simply believes it isn't his problem if they can't protect themselves. As for romance, well- he's twenty-two and he isn't a stranger to the concept, but in most instances he's only ever had one-night stands or very short-lived flings. He's not impossible to charm, you just gotta work hard.
