nah, he's a rocket brat. and he's kinda sorta loyal to them. he'll like give away tidbits if to yoshi if it will make his life easier. but he's also a grunt and spends all his time traveling around, so he probs doesn't know much of anything aside what is going on. also if they become wicked good friends liam can try to spy on those magma jerks or something.
also they will get along great, liam doesn't even wear a uniform most of the time. you don't want to announce you are part of tr if you are smuggling illegal goods. just dont ask whats in his bag. it isnt important. why are you so persistent. are you a cop? you have to tell me if you are a cop.
im bad at plotting and my characters are usually walking jokes oops.
